The Maintenance engineer role is to make sure that all of these are

  1. Improve machine to be ready for production in good condition.

  2. Reducing of emergency stop during production.

  3. Optimum maintaining in term of safety, quality, time and cost.

  4. The condition improving in term of availability, stability, capability, reliability and longevity.

Key Responsibilities

1.Improve Total productive maintenance ( TPM )

2.Improve Preventive maintenance ( PM )

3.Improve Predictive maintenance control.

4.Improve machine breakdown

5.Improve Spare part readiness

6.Improve Maintenance cost

7.Improve safety level

8.Improvement projects and energy saving

9.Improve skill of Maintenance team

Specific Accountabilities

1.Improve machine breakdown to be less than target

2.Manage Training maintenance team to improve skills

3.Improve method of PM,TPM and breakdown maintenance to reduce breakdown time

4.Look for new technology to PM ,TPM and reduce breakdown time.
