Key Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

You will be primarily responsible for acquiring GKN/Fokkers next Talent!

How?

By posting, sourcing, pre-screening, and qualifying talent for all sites of GKN/Fokker in the Netherlands. You will access and build local talent pipelines against expected headcounts.

Where?

You will be responsible for several locations of GKN Fokker. Therefore the location with either be Papendrecht or in South of the Netherlands. Travelling will be part of the job.

Key Responsibilities:

  • You will partner with our local HR Consultants, HR Business Partners and Business Leaders to develop and translate position requirements, as well as, a proactive go to market strategy.

  • Develop and maintain consultative strategic relationships with the business.

  • Maintain flexibility in an ever changing and evolving newly created department.

  • Actively source passive talent using recruiting techniques including but not limited to: Boolean Search Strings, Job Boards, Social Media, Cold Calling, networking events, job fairs, etc.

  • Act as a subject matter expert to both Hiring Managers and HR on the recruiting process and talent market conditions.

  • Over communicate at all times with our internal customers of Talent Acquisition.

  • Proactively and independently, ensure that candidate pipelines are continuously full and the hiring process is moving forward according to plan.

  • Effectively screen candidates for required skills and interpersonal traits need to fit the technical and cultural profile of the positions.

Your skills and competences are:

  • After 3 to 5 years’ experience in a similar job, you are in for a next step, typically being your third or fourth career step. Effectively use your experience to guide GKN Fokker to the next level of Recruitment and Talent Acquisition. No easy ride, one step forward / two steps back and being surprised by the dynamics of operating in a dynamic international corporate environment.

  • We take a master level, recruitment experience within a technical driven environment and experience in an (international) corporate environment for granted. Your personality and skill set will make the difference. You are perceived as a serious business partner for (senior) management.The combination of superior prioritization and planning skills and a relentless and results driven performer makes you an outperformer. And last but not least you have got humor and stamina.

  • Good language skills in both Dutch and English (another European language is a plus) are required for this position.
