About The Opportunity

To support GKN Off-Highway Powertrain Division manufacturing site in Brazil on product costing analysis, budget and forecast maintenance, monthly analysis of variances and full reporting.

Ensure accounting accuracy in line with ERP data base.

Key Responsibilities

Support planning, analysis, and reporting of financials Budget, Forecasts and Actual results, working closely with local and global finance teams

To work closely with accounting team ensuring the consistency of the submitted numbers

Local Capex management

Support development of standard product cost, tracking inventories, actual costs, variance calculations and analysis.

Preparation of Budget Scenarios and monthly actual reporting packages, working closely with local teams ensuring timely and accurately submissions of financial reports and variance analysis

To assist alignments of operations systems and processes with GKN policy and standards

Assist with the preparation and reporting of entity Balance Sheet and P&L data and analysis.

Support monthly variance analysis vs budget and forecast, with focus on P&L, working capital and cashflow.

Support local finance team and work closely on cash management.

To support processes of legal changes, new ERP implementation and other administrative matters.

Identify and propose improvents of processes in all areas, in cooperation with other functions.

About Us

Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor in Accounting, Administration or Finance related degrees.

Consolidated experience in finance / accounting / planning.

Good technical skills (specially Excel).

Knowledge on costing, financial analysis, BI and reporting systems.

ERP knowledge. Infor ERPLN would be a plus.

Advanced skills in English.
