About The Opportunity

Role Purpose:

Represent Company at assigned customers and in assigned territories via direct, technical consultative sales and customer service effort

Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and develop activities at current accounts. The primary accounts are FCA, Schaeffler, and Hilite.

Identify, qualify and develop new accounts that fit companies mission

Secure new sales from existing and potential customers

Formulate and prepare quotations and conduct necessary follow-up

Monitor and coordinate resolution of customer complaints

Track and report on profitability of individual account activity

Forecast sales and market potential

Develop and proactively maintain effective working relationships within the business unit, including its various locations

Recommend new market strategies and advise on market trends

Prepare reports as required

Other projects and duties may be assigned

Formal qualifications required:

Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Business or Engineering

Seven to ten year’s experience in sales of an engineered product with proven success selling direct to Automotive Customers.

Strong business acumen, with solid financial analytical skills

Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications

Demonstrated ability to be proactive and take initiative, including performance of duties exercising independent judgement
