About The Opportunity

Ensuring Product launch, ramp up , preparation on PPAP/in process. Documentation & continuous improvement for new product development process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process Improvements, particularly on Medium & Large parts

  • Streamline manufacturing layout

  • Design and Develop interface automations to reduce/eliminate manual handling of parts

  • Implement best-in-class methods and processes

  • Support New Product Development team on complex parts

  • Champion Diversity & Inclusion in line with Company guidelines

Qualifications / Experience / Skills

Required Engineering Graduate with minimum 3 -5 years of experience in Operations or Manufacturing Engineering.

Experience in the manufacturing process of Auto Components,

Exposure toautomations in product manufacturing and material handling,

Project management, co-ordination
